Aoraforge Terms of Service.

1. What Aoraforge does

Aoraforge delivers AI search citation diagnostics. The launch Free Diagnostic automatically polls Brave Search as a Claude-related retrieval proxy to measure whether a customer's website is cited for submitted queries, then returns a written report with Wilson 90% confidence intervals and observations. The Pro Audit is the launch paid tier once live Stripe checkout is opened; its order surface and intake describe the paid report scope. Roadmap and Citation Pack surfaces remain coming-soon previews, not live paid services under these terms.

Aoraforge does not provide:

• Financial advice, legal advice, medical advice, or any regulated professional service.
• Guaranteed citation outcomes, search rankings, traffic volumes, or revenue impact.
• Content posted to third-party platforms (Reddit, Quora, etc.) on the customer's behalf.

2. Customer responsibilities

By submitting a website URL or query set to Aoraforge, the customer represents and warrants:

• The customer owns or is authorised to represent the website submitted.
• The customer has authority to enter this agreement on behalf of any business named.
• Queries submitted are lawful and do not target third parties for the purpose of harassment, defamation, or unlawful competition.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless stated. Where Aoraforge offers a live paid checkout, payment is processed by Stripe and Aoraforge does not store payment card details. The public Pro Audit live Stripe activation remains a final launch-window step; no paid order is accepted unless an available live Stripe checkout completes. Orders are non-cancellable once fulfillment has commenced.

4. Limitation of liability

Aoraforge's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is capped at the amount the customer paid Aoraforge for the specific order giving rise to the claim. Under no circumstances is Aoraforge liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or reputational harm, even if Aoraforge was advised of the possibility of such damages.

This cap and these exclusions apply to the maximum extent permitted by Australian law. Nothing in this agreement excludes or limits any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)).

5. AI search platform changes

Search and retrieval sources used for an applicable report update their indexes, ranking signals, and answer-generation behaviour on schedules outside Aoraforge's control. Reports describe what the relevant source returned at the time of polling. Aoraforge does not warrant that subsequent polls of the same query will return the same result. Wilson 90% confidence intervals on measurements are Aoraforge's discipline for communicating this uncertainty honestly.

6. Privacy and data handling

Aoraforge processes customer email, submitted website URL, submitted queries, selected request type, optional notes, and fulfillment/report records needed for the relevant launch flow. Hosted Free Diagnostic reports and tokenized hosted report links are configured with a 30-day expiry. Intake submissions, fulfillment records, any completed paid-checkout verification records, and operator correspondence are retained only as reasonably needed for delivery, support, abuse prevention, dispute handling, launch operations, or legal/accounting obligations.

Aoraforge does not sell customer data to third parties. Aoraforge shares data only with launch-time subprocessors required for the active path: Cloudflare for hosting, security, Worker/KV delivery, and operational telemetry; Resend for transactional email; Telegram for operator alerts; Brave Search for automated Free Diagnostic query polling; and Stripe for paid checkout/session/webhook handling once live paid checkout is opened.

7. Intellectual property

The methodology essays, sample reports, schema templates, and report rendering on the Aoraforge website are Aoraforge's intellectual property. The customer's report is licensed to the customer for internal use and unrestricted forwarding within their organisation. The customer may share their own report publicly at their discretion.

8. Term and termination

Free Diagnostic and Pro Audit orders terminate when the report is delivered.

9. Governing law and dispute resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales. Before commencing legal proceedings, both parties will attempt to resolve any dispute by good-faith email negotiation within 14 days of written notice.

10. Changes to these terms

Aoraforge may update these terms by publishing a revised version at this URL. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
